Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping

Orders received will usually be shipped within 48 hours provided the item/s ordered are in stock.We make every effort to have an inventory system that is 100% accurate.The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping address and the shipping method you choose.

Out of Stock

Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take one weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.

Common Shipping Delays

The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Our Carrier does not pick-up on weekends or holidays.Some items you ordered are just out of stock,and we are waiting for your Email confirmation of replacement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of original purchase date for quality problem. Before returning merchandise please contact our customer service for return address(which is different from the sending address)and explain why you are returning the merchandise. Please be aware that buyer is responsible for the return postage.The customer is responsible for shipping the item back if the items was not wrong size or not quality issues. Once the item arrives we will refund the money to you through the original method of payment, but will deduct the shipping fee.
